I purchased this with standing desk legs. One side of the wood top had some 'character' but the other side was great for a desktop. Looks good and is certainly solid wood through and through after drilling through it for my anchor points..

It looked okay upon initially removing from packaging, but warped within one day. The seller only offered a partial refund for this despite the product being defective. They even suggested it try to fix it my self by dampening it and pressing it down. I am engineer and I can promise you, it will only warp again on any slightly warm or humid day, or crack if it is clamped down permanently due to stress in the material. This response is insulting and unacceptable. Amazon customer service did not help at all with this issue.

I made a fixture and used a fine tooth saw blade to cut to size. Oiled it after installing. And I think it looks excellent.

After extensive research, I decided to go with the acacia solid wood butcher block table top, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is outstanding, with a beautiful finish and durable construction. I compared it to another popular brand, which was almost twice the price, but this table top delivers the same, if not better, quality. The wood grain is stunning, and it fits perfectly as a butcher block desk in my home office. I would recommend this table top as the quality is better than anything else I've seen in this price range.I haven’t installed the standing leg yet, but I will update it soon.So happy with my purchase. Totally recommended

I give you my husband's work from home setup. He went for a wooden desktop for his manually adjustable standing desk. The product took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive in GA from the west coast. We are pleased with the quality and the price.Not counting the monitors and work PC, everything pictured came from an Amazon purchase. Desk cost about $300 total with the butcher block top.

It is a very good desk top. I want to have a solid wood desk top that is sturdy but can be lifted by one person from ground to 3rd floor. Most of the Redditors get the 60*30*1.5 inch counter top, which is about 60-70 lb. It is never a person job. Then I start to searching for 60*30*1 inch tops made with light wood. Then this shows up on Amazon. It is what I am looking for. The package is very good with well protections. I only downside I have is that the shipping is too slow. I will they could offer a faster shipping.

Great quality and good value for the money compared other brands I tried and ended up returning. Using it for my standing desk build and happy with how it looks and the finish on it! Everything was as expected
