So, this is an ok but not great circular polarizer. To be fair, it's probably good enough for phone photos, but you should go into it with knowledge of what a circular polarizer will and will not do. Some of the negative reviews here, I think, are due to unrealistic expectations. I can't particularly recommend this on the basis of this filter, though it's not a bad one to have by any means.So what do I like about this that I'm giving it four stars? The clip, which enables you you use *any* 52mm filter with your phone camera. Just unscrew the included circular polarizer, and screw in your other filter instead. This is pretty convenient for me because I happen to have another lens for my camera that is 52mm anyway (and a better circular polarizer that I had previously purchased for it), but one way or the other it opens up a whole world of potential new filters with your phone camera.It also comes with a nice carrying case which will protect the clip and one attached filter.One thing to keep in mind when choosing filters for this is that phone cameras tend to try to be smarter than they really are. So attaching a color filter, for example, you're likely to see the phone camera readjust its white balance and negate the effect (of course there's a limited value to color filters with digital photos anyway, as that's an effect easily done in editing later). Also obviously things like split neutral density filters probably won't work so well due to the size and position of the camera lens relative to the filter.So yeah... While the circular polarizer is ok but not great, if you're looking for a way to attach other filters to your phone camera this is a good option to get.

This CPL filter seems to work as expected with my iPhone. However, the clip is too bulky to carry with on a trip when multiple filters of this kind being needed.
