This bowl is a C note and 528 hz as described which is great. My only complaint is the mallet does not play well, I used a suede mallet from a different bowl set and then it finally started singing.Overall great quality and packaging was great.

P like this bowl it has the flower of life printed on the front and the clean milky color of the glass fits in everywhere. It’s also pitched perfectly , I like to play the frequency on my phone and the bowl will resonate in unison. When I’m doing my visualizing techniques the sound seems to help. My shape transitions are easier and more vivid. I also like to hum the frequency to encourage the vibration . It also came well packed and was delivered quick.
