Snaps right on. (And I do mean that you have to push down and snap it on.) Then just attach with screws they send with it. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

The honeycomb is tight, sturdy, and very good transparency. Install was less than 5 minutes. If I was installing on a firearm (not airsoft), a touch of lock-tite will ensure it's locked down. Very impressed so far.

I have been looking for a kill flash device for my Holosun , and lo and behold Amazon came in clutch with tis bad boy!Unlike others this is straight ALUMINUM baby! I installed this using some Loctite and it has been used quite extensively on my rifle. Have not had any issues, and with the mesh being aluminum I have no issues with my optic being dropped on the ground, be it gravel, dirt or anything else, and protecting the glass.

I have been waiting a long time for someone to come out with a flash hider for the 510C. This accessory isn't cheap and is made of metal. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase

The only drawback is very minor: When you need to replace the battery in the Holosun, you have to remove the shade. Fortunately, the Holosun has the best battery life in the business, so it's not much of an issue.Still, five minutes with a Dremel and a bottle of cold blue will fix that.Recommended.

This flash hider for the Holosun 510C works very well to eliminate daylight glare from your optic. Construction of the hider is solid, feels very well made and durable being made out of metal. This hider comes with some drawbacks… Installation and removal of the hider utilizes screws which cannot be quickly removed. It does drastically dim your sight by creating obstructed viewing. The last thing is that the grid is not straight as pictured in product listing, it is very crooked which really bothers me when I look through it…
