I used the Qjaiune 30Pcs M8 Spring T Nuts with my 4040 aluminum extrusions for a multi-monitor setup, and they worked perfectly! These T nuts provided a secure, reliable hold and fit seamlessly into the slots, ensuring stability and durability. The spring feature made them easy to position and prevented shifting, which was really helpful while aligning everything precisely. Installation was quick and straightforward, and I didn’t experience any slipping or loosening, even with the weight of the monitors. Overall, these are high-quality T nuts that do exactly what you need them to for building sturdy setups. Highly recommended if you're working on any 4040 aluminum extrusion projects!

Once installed if you push, or rotate them slightly they come out. They need to be wider to fit 2020

These don't roll into LDO extrusions, which are known to be tight. You can make them fit with a bit of filing on the back, round the back corner on one side of the middle back flat and you can get them to roll in. So I'll be pre-loading these, but if I miss any, I can file it to roll one in.All I've done is test fit them, so rating is only based and that and it's not really these parts that are at fault.

The main reason I bought these is because they are supposed to be spring nuts which hold the nut in place on your rails. So far out of about 20 that I have tried, only 2 hold, and even then they are pretty loose. I doubt they would hold on a vertical surface.

The M5 spring T-nut works as advertised. Its nice spare items to have when building/modding a 3D printer where the slide T-nut was not installed into the frame. Most of the spring T-nut went in without a hitch. However, few pieces need little more "force" to slot into the 2020 extrusion. If it doesn't slide in with your fingers, the easiest way to insert these T-nut is to put some pressure on the ball of the T-nut, screw in the M5 screw (30-40mm long ones) and pull/push on the M5 screw to insert it into the 2020 extrusion.
