Maybe it’s in the fine print but don’t let this product sit out in low temperatures. When I got around to using this sealer it was the consistency of Play Doh. Impossible to use.

The product seals up the tree wound but the bright green color does not fade away. The presence of the tree wound is being advertised by the bright color. Black would be a better color.

Kit provided sufficient material to seal an approximately 3 foot diameter live oak branch. Easy application. The kit provided sufficient material to apply two (2) coats of sealer to the branch cut end.

My poor tree was practically demolished 2 years ago with Ian, then this year Helene took major branches off and Milton took more. A friend mentioned using something like this to help the tree so I did. I just hope my tree will grow and fill out again.

I have a couple saplings that are growing in my yard. Unfortunately some deer like to eat the bark and rub antlers on the trunk which creates open areas on the tree. The product has a bit of a paste like consistency and is super easy to paint onto the open wounds. Worth every penny.
