This metal grabber tool is so useful.. Im glad I was able to find it. I had a plastic one in the past but it was so flimsy it broke in a week.I have a disabled relative who is always sick and throws napkins on the ground after sneezing and I don't want to touch the germs, but with this tool I can easily pick up the napkins and throw them in the trash.Next we usually put the empty cans and bottles in the garage, sometimes they get thrown on the ground by the kids but with this tool I can easily pick them up without bending my back.5/5.

This is a lightweight, very compactly stored tool to have on hand, the overall quality and practicality is better than the price. It's a good length and build, and grips pretty tight. It also has a locking mechanism so you can secure it without continually gripping the handle. It even comes with a snake holding bag and gloves. Moving to an area with a lot of snake sightings, I'm glad to have this on hand. And until it gets used on a snake, it's also making a useful box/shelf thing grabber.

I live very remotely and have an occasional snake. Now I can relocate them instead of unaliving them. This is something everyone needs, especially in the High Desert. We have snakes out here and many are various rattlers. Hopefully this will make dealing with them around the property much easier. This is an item you NEED but hope you never need to use.

This works great it’s long enough to allow space between the snake it’s also easy to hold and use this is a perfect thing to have if you live in rural areas

After finding 2 rattlesnakes close to the house with no easy way to move them, I decided I needed a tool to do the job. I ordered this snake grabber for the next time.This snake grabber is easy to assemble and made of fairly light weight tubing. I wish the jaws were rubber coated to prevent injury to the snake. I will plasti-coat them. The jaws will lock in 3 different positions. It also comes with a bag and gloves.These are also handy to grab items out of reach.Will update review when I need to actually use them on a snake.

9-17-243.5 stars This is much better than using a garden tool, stick or broom to relocate an unwelcome guest. The claw keeps them from slipping off and it has a latch on the squeeze grip, (for small diameter snakes), so you can lock it into place without having to keep a grip on it, this is especially helpful when you're by yourself and somebody isn't holding the bag open for you. Just don't squeeze so hard as to damage the critter. It's a must have for those of us who live or camp in the desert. I keep this by the back door assembled and ready to go while at home and then when we go camping fold it up, which saves a lot of space, then assemble it when we get there so it's ready to use. I find the hand grip too short for a comfortable hold, it's okay for my occasional use but I would want a better grip if handling snakes daily. The fine mesh drawstring bag is pretty large, a little smaller than my tall 13 gallon kitchen can liner. I Don't foresee this lasting too long in the heat or sun, at least here in the Phoenix Arizona area, so I'll be replacing that with a burlap sack and use the mesh bag for something else. The included cotton gloves are a larger size so likely to fit many hands. It's good for my occasional use, but would be better if the handgrip was longer for US adult sized hands. I found this to be extremely too heavy for me being a woman in the grip on it is extremely not easy for me I guess for a man it would probably be a lot easier. It did come with gloves and a bag and it was a little bit difficult to put together. It was a little bit confusing. I wouldn’t buy it again personally.

This is a good snake grabber tool. It was easy to assemble and I like that it folds for storage and to carry with me when camping or at the deer lease. I can easily carry it on my utv or in my truck. I don't like snakes so, for me, it could be a little longer. It's also very awkward for me to squeeze the trigger with the cable attached to the center of it. I feel it could be designed better in that area. It is made of stainless steel and the jaws are serrated to better grip the snake. The jaws can also lock in place to help hold on tightly to the snake so it doesn't get away. As I said, this is a good tool but with some design improvements it could be better.
