This product is used every day. Each stick lasts a good while. I'm working on intricate wooden pieces that have small areas that could not be reached otherwise.

These 280-grit sanding sticks are great. I tested one on a wooden canvas I have. Please note that I had previously sanded this canvas with 220-grit paper. I picked this canvas because I had missed a few spots on it. I used the sanding stick with a light touch. It cleaned up a few minor indentations and rough edges in less than two minutes. Not only is there plenty of grit left on the sanding stick, but my canvas is now ready for priming. The sanding stick itself is made of smooth wood with no splinters present. I had exceptional control of the sanding stick, which was extremely easy to use. The sanding part to the stick is 3/16th of an inch wide. This is perfect for small spots, delicate corners, and curves. The sanding sticks come in a clear plastic box that is easy to store in the art studio or woodworking shop. These sanding sticks are an outstanding value for your fine sanding requirements.

We have one of each in our house. These are so great for lots of uses, be it serous woodworker or crafter! The sticks are nice thickness and strength, and the unsanded end is a great chisel edge tool as well. Love these and will get a lot of use out of them. Love that they come in a hard clear plastic case so they don't get damaged.
