I am careful about scratches in my Bakeware. Others are often not so careful. I purchased these as a low cost alternative to having sharp object used in my pans and therefor going to the expense of replacing the pans. Works great! I take my own disposable servers with my desserts, thus keeping my pans safe. I always take extras so there are plenty for the other desserts also. We all need to look out for each other.

I added these to each of my King Cake boxes. They've are individually wrapped was the extra touch to make my product even better.

They are mass produced cake knives/serving utensils. Not all of them are well shaped from the molds they came from. However, when bringing breads or cakes to work or a party I'd rather have something disposable than losing a good utensil.

The reason for taking off 1 star is because the product description is misleading. These are not big enough to use for serving cakes and pies. The size is too small, the handle is short. I believe these were made for serving cheese & crackers or hors d'oeuvres, definitely not for serving cakes and pies. For being disposable, these are adequate enough.

Don't bother. I returned them. They are of poor craftsmanship, very thin, flimsy, and break easily. I doubt I could pick up one brownie with these flimsy things. Don't waste your money.
