There is no assembly required. All mounting hardware needed for installation is included in the package, just install the hinges through the holes into the cabinet doors and side panel, and turn the soft close function on or off. Very quick and easy installation.
Installation Notes
Installing Hinge to Door
- Drill hole of 1/2"(12.7mm) deep for hinge cup pertemplate using 1-2/5"(35mm) boring bit. Note: Do not drill through the door.
- Drill 1/16(1.5mm) pilot holes for the hinge.
- Insert the hinge into the door and fasten it with flat head wood screws.
Installing Door to Cabinet
- Open hinge to full extension.
- Connect door to side panel as shown by fasting the screws.
4D Adjustment Structure
- Adjust Up and Down by screw A(+/- 2mm)
- Adjust Left and Right by screw B(+/- 2mm)
- Adjust Front and Back by screw C(+/- 3mm)
- Of course, you can also switch the soft-closing function of the hinge on or off to adapt it to different application scenarios.

Great quality but my customer changed her mind and wanted 1 1/4overlay instead of 1/2. They gave me no problem to return and order the 1 1/4 overlay. Shipping was quick

great hinges they are in both my kitchen and bathrooms. they are holding up great wouldn't want to use any other type of hinge they are hidden to the eyes so you don't have to see them until you open the cabinets. they seem to hold up to water pretty good the haven't rusted in the steamy bathrooms will defiantly buy again.

If you are here it is because you know how hard it is to find 1/4 inch overhang soft close hinges!We were remodeling our kitchen but new boxes/doors were not in the budget so we opted to paint and replace hinges. These are such a fair price for the quality. We bought a drilling tool at Lowe’s to hollow out the cabinets for the recessed back and it is so easy to install with that. The doors close so quietly now and have such a beautiful seamless clean finish.Honestly, I was not sure what to expect buying these on Amazon but they are so sturdy and easy to adjust, we ended up trying a small pack first to make sure before moving forward. We ended up buying them all from here for our kitchen remodel because of how great they were!
