For only one dollar, I got some relief from my heavy clarinet. Picking it up again after 40 years, I found my “senior fingers” couldn’t bear all the weight on my poor thumb. This cushion helped. A lot. Still had to learn to tolerate the weight, but at least it didn’t hurt as much!!
