These seem to be made of reasonably good quality material and are well molded. There's a very thin parting line seam of raised material right through the area which will be pinching your line- that tiny contact point is going to result in higher wear and probably a pinhole in your hose over time. The other thing I don't love about these is the dimension- they're advertised for OD 1/4-1/2" tubes however in their free state, the opening between pinch points is only 1/4". This means any tube over 1/4" od will be partially collapsed even when in the full open position of the clamp. The material selected is fairly stiff as well, which means they're a little tight to get your larger tube inserted.Overall, these are serviceable and will work fine for something with infrequent use or with 1/4" OD tube. I purchased primarily to use on a small pump used for water changes in my aquarium and I think it will be fine for that.

I recently grabbed these clips as a way to secure natural rubber vacuum hoses where metal clips were ripping through the hoses. These work very well for my large line, but that's the only line i don't need a clip for. It's totally my fault, the small lines I thought would be in the window. I will definitely hold on to these clips for the future those. Extremely functional and reusable, and would have been perfect for my needs if I paid attention.
