I bought this product from a different vendor. I really had great hopes for it. It looked well designed and having the adjustable temperature in the proper range really appealed to me. It worked great...for three days. I was told it needed adjusting. It did not come with instructions (including adjusting), I had to ask for them to be sent to me. I tried to follow the poorly written instructions as best I could, but it never heated again. Since then I've wasted about 4 hours trying to get the device to work again, but it has never heated again.I would say "buyer beware"!!

This product works beautifully for decrystallizing out honey. It’s been very dependable. I wish it had instructions for converting the display to Fahrenheit. I’m having to convert. Not a problem, really. Just an annoyance. Temperature seems stable and it’s very easy to use.

The Product is good, and it is working well as expected.I purchased the honey bucket heater to get the bubbles out of the honey, and it worked very well. Additionally, it makes the honey flow very well when bottling.
