I actually bought this because I play guitar not drums but wanted something armless to sit on when practicing playing. Sadly it’s not really a very comfortable seat. Also if you rotate around it makes a horrible squeaking sound. After a while if you pick up from the seat the bottom falls off and you have to retighten the bolt after you place it back on. I kind of thought the design would be better so you could rotate on the seat with out it squeaking and falling off the frame from rotating. It’s OK but not great.

I am 5'7" tall yet I have to extend this drum throne to near the maximum height adjustment, leaving the throne top heavy and relatively unstable. It is ideally suited for kids.
