Ok, got these b/c in 2020 bought this oklahoma joe's gun injector, right so I got all done time for clean up wouldn't U know it the needle goes down the drain, tried to get replacement from joe but the people over there acted as if my purchase was just too small for there attention I was put on hold 6 times and the same employee kept addressing me as if I were the next customer trying to buy a grill, saying can I put U on hold while I look up that item, 3min go by and this same person comes back with that shpiel about how they're grills are on special, 5 more times this person did this, I said U know what f#%! this. The gun Was an important part of a regimen for me when U have 15 birds in line for cook there is no time for anything less than good service from both of us oklahoma Joe's mistreatment of my needs, hunh never again I got these needles, and just in case I need anything else replaced on this gadget I have already picked out my next injector, and it won't be from those dismissive a-holes at Oklahoma joe's.
