and I ordered this to have what I needed and not worry about bringing more of my kitchen stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by all the items in this kit. Cooking a thanksgiving in a strange kitchen, but having familiar tools helps. My son took many of these pieces home to his new “college graduate, first job” kitchen. I think that is another good use for these. if you are buying for someone that thinks williams-sonoma is on the low end - then know this is not for them, but if they think williams-sonoma is a winery - this is for them.good function, well built for function and application. I am not sure how the pieces will age - but then how many times does a twenty something need a turkey baster? That’s said, the injector was equal to some I have spent way more money on. I recommend the product as a good value and way to have what you need maybe before you know it.

Used this to cook my first turkey and it was a hit. The injector worked wonders. And the claws help to shred the turkey for serving so I barely had to carve it.

Purchased my first set and had issues with the plastic syringe. (The rest of the set worked great and was easy to use/clean up) When the replacement arrived, I was given additional about how to use the syringe - start off using warm water to get the mechanism moving and the product should work fine. I used warm water first and the part worked great afterwards. Used it for Christmas and the turkey was incredible.

Durable and perfect for those who are constantly shredding things. I do a lot of pulled pork and whatever else I can smoke in my smoker. I always kept telling myself that I needed a shredded instead of using two forks or my hands. So I finally found this. Perfect addition to my kitchen gadgets! Will never use anything else
