Not sure if I used it correctly, the shower is now clearing quicker than before but not as quick as I expected it to. All in all I think it did a pretty good job

Used both types of tools in a heavily used, clogged bathroom sink. After emptying the slimy water out of the full sink, I used both tools in the kit, which brought up about every type of sludge, hair and grime you could imagine. Then I poured boiling water down the sink for good measure. It's been weeks since I took this action, and the sink has remained in good working order. I think if I do this every 6 months before it becomes such a disgusting issue, the process will be easier. This product is was definitely worth the money for me.

The metal auger worked well when I used it to clear a substantial hair-related shower drain line. Tried the plastic one first and it was useless in penetrating the clog. Plastic probably ok for less extensive partial clogs or for just regular clog prevention.

Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best.I had a slowing tub drain and decided to give these a shot before resorting to chemicals or hiring someone to clear it out.Not only was it effective, but I may have furthered the advances of biological research with multiple new species of furballs.10/10 would invoke nightmares again.

Glad this comes in a multi pack. The first one broke off in my sink. It's not that it was clogged terribly... I just have an old sink. The hair remover spikes are long and snaggly, and got caught up on the fittings. Broke about five inches off the bottom. :( The metal grabber is grreat for getting cat toys out of the register though, so I'm happy with my purchase.

I like this product because it pulls out the hair and sludge from a sink. This is a fairly easy job to accomplish and very satisfying to handle oneself rather than call a plumber or waste money on chemicals that don't work.I wrap the area I am gripping with a rag because there is a lot of jiggling to insert and remove the tool from each section of the drain. I used a paper towel to remove the sludge from the tool as I worked through each section of the drain. I was surprised by how much sludge was in our sinks the first time I used the tool. Gross. But when you know what to expect...Now I am routinely cleaning the drains every 2 -3 months.
