They are easy to install and are very robust. They are connected with a cotter pin to the chain which might be the weak link, but I love how easy it is to connect to my trailer hitch. So far no issues at all. For my application I probably should have ordered one size down, but hey, I have them and they get the job done.

Purchased to replace trailer safety chain hooks. Like the clip that prevents the hook from coming out of without intervention. Also a fan of grade 70 to prevent rust longer. The hooks fit perfectly and look good on the chains. Recommended product.

These hooks do the job they are supposed to do. Built strong is a good reason to buy . I pull tree logswith these hooks and they do work. Not bad.

I used this product with a Grade 70 Binder Chain, Works well, stays hook when pulling or hailing. I have also used these hooks for a safety chain when pulling a trailer. Would buy again.
