I had a 2 pack of these from OEM tools and it cost me $15. lost one which was a bummer, so i bought these. an 8 pack for $9 is awesome, and the quality is the same as the OEM tools one. these work great for hanging brake calipers on the strut spring during brake/wheel hub service and replacement

I’ve normally just sat the caliper up somewhere or zip tied it up, but that takes time to do and sometimes it falls off. These are very useful and quick to use.

While these are meant for securing brake calipers, they are also very handy for storing anything you can get a hook on and off the floor!

These are some really good brake caliper hooks. They are easy to handle and very easy to use. Though it was an overkill, but it was cheaper to purchase the 4 pack instead of just one, of course, you can make use of them in other applications, whether it automotive or to temporarily hang something, these come in handy!

Over the years I have made numerous hangers from coat hangers and some welding rods when I needed something to hang the brake calipers up above the disc while doing the brake job. And after I am finished, these homemade hangers just seemed to disappear from sight until I was ready to do another brake job, and I had to make some more hangers because the others just weren’t around when I needed them again. These hangers are Great and the color of these hangers are very easy to find even when someone else has borrowed them to do their brake job. Now I know where my hangers are and these will not be used to make something else out of like the ones I used to make! You can put them away in your toolbox and you know what and where to look with the color of these hangers being highly visible!
