I got this for my month long trip to India, i still had to work for 2 weeks from there so I took this mobile hotspot to use to login to my system and it worked very well. The internet speed was really quick and the hotspot device was compact enough to carry everywhere. It has a very long battery life, lasted me the whole day without charging. The rates for the internet were very reasonable too.

i got this because i live in an apartment who has strict rules about setting up internet on their property. The product listed that it has unlimited data for $120 and could take visa payments. I spent $75 on it, got it, they give you 1 GB free when you turn it on/set it up; which worked great for 30 minutes. When it was up, I went onto their website/QR code link and could not find any packages besides for travel. I contacted support on their end via email, they got back to me super quickly. I told them my issue and that i was confused on why it didnt give me the data package options. They told me they had to update it and after the update i would see it as an option. Cool. It took a whole day for them to update and tell me that the device wasnt on which it was. But got it sorted out and they gave me 500GB free. I saw the unlimited data option but you can only pay with the stride/stripe only. I was using the free data they gave me, it was soooo slow! I couldnt go on the internet, play games, watch tv, nothing. When i tried to watch Hulu on tv or computer, it said i couldnt watch a show or movie cause it couldnt play in my country...you know why? They put it for Poland; not US. So i got commercials from poland. Please do not buy, im getting my refund for it and i didnt have for a week cause it was so bad.

I bought it for our farm where we get very little cell service and no cable or satellite. It does not increase the ability to connect to the internet in a timely manner— very slow if any connection at all. Plus, you have to buy a data plan but you can try it for $2.00 /day data plan. Good luck

Its a lie, and the pictures of the plans are false.I bought and received this overpriced item. And it only had 3 small plans on the device instead of all the ones it shows including NO UNLIMITED plan!So i wrote the email help line- and someone from a chinese email said they needed to update my device remotely so they did and then all the plans were there. But then ‘everyday after that’ ;the plans all went up by increments of twenty dollars daily. So after two days the unlimited plan went from $120 to $168.After i noticed that - i was done and just returned it for the money! And the internet was slow anyway it would load youtube after like 4 minutes.( and i am in a big city in the mid west)I decided i should let people here know that they are falsely advertising before anyone else waists their money on this device! I am awaiting the refund now and its a tedious process!Youll probably be better off going to walmart, verizon, or metro pcs for a mobile hotspot!
