This kennel is HUGE. I read the measurements but was still a bit surprised at how big it is. I love that we can put things on top of it so that the space isn't just wasted. My dog loves having enough space to stand up at night and stretch. The doors close securely, and the latches are not hard to use. The bars seem sturdy. Overall, I am mostly satisfied with the kennel and my dog does seem comfortable. I also like that the bars are far enough apart to give pets and treats. it was relatively easy to put together, but near the end, it required two people. Make sure you have a lot of space when you are assembling.HUGE Downside: I would give this 5 stars if it weren't for the movable end with the food/water bowls. Our dog managed to open the end and escape the first time we left him in the kennel when leaving the house. The spring pins that were provided completely broke and fell into the hollow bars of the kennel, unable to be retrieved. I ended up using velcro strips and tape to secure this side of the kennel (see picture). I looked online for a replacement pin that we could use, but as the instructions don't actually say what those pins are called, I haven't had any luck. I did find bolts that we ended up using to permanently close this side, and pushing this side against the wall for extra security, but this means we need to open the kennel fully to refill food or water. If I hadn't been able to secure this side, the entire kennel would be useless. This is really not acceptable for the price point, and the quality of these pins really needs significant improvement. If this wasn't so big, and I hadn't been able to secure it with alternate means, I would have immediately asked for a refund or a replacement. If you are hoping to use this rotating end of the kennel for food/water, I would look elsewhere. This kennel is not secure and the pieces for this side of it are very low quality. The food holder was also pretty difficult to install because I struggled to get my wrench in there. Ultimately we ended up letting it sag a bit, as this way if our dog bumps it, it is movable and less likely to cause any kind of injury.

Great looking and my dog is comfortable in it. It is a sturdy crate and I don’t think she can open it (like her old one). It was a pain to put together, but it’s beautiful and sturdy. Worth the money and time to put it together.

This thing is huge and looks so good! I needed an upgrade from my dog's smaller, wire kennel I got when he was a pup. I wanted something that will fit him comfortably, and look good in my room. This covers both. I read a lot of reviews that said it was hard to put together. It did take me awhile, but it wasn't hard. The directions were clear and not confusing. There's just a lot of pieces. All the pieces and hardware were present also. He's almost a 100lbs for size reference in the photos.

It was really easy to put together, I did it by myself in less than an hour and it’s very sturdy. I have two dogs one is 65lb the other is 45lb and both fit in there in their elevated bed! And the best part is that since it has the top part you can put decorations on it and it does not look like a dog kennel as much!

The screws included and all 3 Allen wrenches stripped during the assembly process, had to purchase at least 1 replacement piece for all included hardware, probably easier if you just buy a higher quality product

We have a Treeing Walker Coonhound and previously had a larger black metal kennel but he had to hunch over to sit and could barely stand up. Needless to say he didn’t like having to go into it when we left the house.We now call this kennel his condo! He can stand up with room to spare, sprawl out instead of curling into a ball and freely goes in and out of it even when we are at home. He absolutely loves it and I love that it’s a functional piece of furniture and looks really nice. Our little dog goes into so much that I’m looking to find a smaller one for him now too.Does it take up a lot of room? Yes. Is it worth every penny? A resounding yes. Went together really easily and quickly. Feels very sturdy too. I’m very happy with this purchase and have recommended it to several people with big dogs within the last couple of days.

This crate is larger than almost all crates that look like a furniture piece/can be multipurpose which is great. It is huge. It looks nice and the top is a sturdy counter my four year old climbs all over (a major reason we couldn’t go with a basic wire crate) I was expecting it to take a long time to assemble, so that didn’t throw me off. I don’t love that the hinges don’t secure/just drop into place and the doors can slide off easily, but it hasn’t really been an issue. A piece of hardware was missing and but they report a replacement is on the way, and it isn’t necessary for basic function/assembly. Overall quite happy with my purchase.
