My parents deep freeze they purchased when I was born stopped working. I installed this and the freezer is now working. The repair shop told them they needed to replace the freezer - they were wrong.

I ordered this Vexunga 270-324 250 VAC capacitor as a backup for our Lennox central air conditioner. Unfortunately it remains a "backup" and until it is put into service there is little to go on in terms of durability. Interestingly it is noticeably smaller than the original unit but the electrical contacts are quite similar. I'll report on durability after it has been in service.

I bought this to troubleshoot a motor that was not working. It ended up not being the capacitor but I left it installed. Today, the Motor wouldn’t start so I put the old capacitor back in and motor worked. Past return window so I guess a review is all I can do.

Often when a pool pump will not start it's nothing more than a starter cap that costs around $10. They're easy to fix just be careful and disconnect the power before you replace it. Most of the connections on these are just clip on so there's no soldering or wiring. Just make sure you replace it with the same type capacitor
