I used this to kill weeds. Mix one gallon of 45% vinegar, 1 cup of table salt, squirt of dishwashing liquid. It worked within a day and worked great. Killed them all even better than Roundup.

This is the best vinegar to use to make a natural weed killer. It is strong and powerful so be careful not to breathe the fumes. You need a chemical strength sprayer to mix the vinegar, salt and dawn dish soap for a mixture that kills weeds in a short amount of time. It’s a lot safer than chemical spraying. And a great value compared to expensive sprays. It does a great job!

I am now finding that this vinegar is my best friend in the whole wide world. Diluted at a one to five ratio I use to clean almost anything in the kitchen and cleans it very well. It has gotten tough. Grease off near the oven with no issue, it cleans spots and gets rid of streaks on the Refrigerator. I’ve also started using it in my laundry. I use a little bit in the bleach cycle and deodorizes clothing. This is a great little secret. You can also use it to kill weeds. It my car windows perfectly with no streaks. Bathroom shower glass it eats up soap scum and hard water deposits. Basically this stuff can be used anywhere. Just be forewarned that the smell is very strong.

This is great for suppressing weeds in the garden. Worked better than the common Ag chemicals you see in garden stores. Lots of other home uses as well. Buy the 2 pack, it is cheaper per gallon and you will use it. Store it in a cool place and it should last for a very long time. It's something you mix outside the home because the vinegar smell is very strong. Wear rubber gloves and glasses. Remember, it is an acid, this isn't for your salads, LOL.. And buy it now. I bought one gallon to try it, then ordered another a month later after having success using it in my garden and to kill weeds in the driveway. It went up 10% in price within that month. Isn't Bidenomics great?

If you're looking for an alternative to glyphosate and other chemicals to control weeds, this will do the trick. The Home Depot sells a 30% concentrate for a much higher price. I dilute this 1:1 with tap water to make a 27.5% solution and the weeds are dead to the roots within 24 hours (need to spray on a sunny day -- older, more vigorous weeds may need a second application to eradicate). My weeds grow mostly between concrete pavers and are difficult to control following winter rains -- the weedeater only shears off the tops. This will leave what appears to be a stain on concrete when it dries, but it washes right off without effort. Also useful for dissolving calcium/hard water deposits on sinks, tubs, tile, etc. (use caution on plastic and aluminum surfaces). Came securely sealed against leakage. This does not have the pleasant vinegar smell that you are probably familiar with -- it has a very strong odor, so use caution in confined spaces, and do not mix with any other chemicals.
