Smells amazing and works wonders for deep cleaning and maintaing surfaces!! Highly recommend you give it a try, was hesitant with the price but glad I took the chance, will be buying again!!

Has a light pleasant scent. I spray off my exercise equipment and mat (works against athletes foot). I spray inside of trash cans, recycling bins. The ingredients are proven.

The product itself works great, the bottle had issues. Top was not fitted properly so it leaked even after reseating it there was a problem. I would buy the product, but the container leaves me questioning why I need to get a different bottle.

Rmr 141 performance is beyond my expectations. It does remove mold, mildew and including all stains on painted surfaces and non painted surfaces.One product to replace all other multi purpose detergents, cleaners, disinfectants and anti fungal.No chemical odors

We had small instances of mold in two of our bedroom closets. I tried the CLR mold and mildew remover found at the big box home improvement stores first to see if that would take care of the problem, It didn't, and within a week the small area I tested showed that the mold had returned.I searched online, and found RMR and decided to give it a try. RMR not only removed the mold, but after a week of keeping an eye on these locations, the mold didn't return, and I was satisfied that this product works as advertised and would recommend to anyone who has small areas of mold that they need to remove.

I have a seldom-used powder room where unbeknownst to me, the toilet tank sprang a leak. On discovering the leak, I shut off the water supply and immediately cleaned & disinfected things in a very thorough manner. Everything dried out, and I was sure my problem had been solved. Nope! Apparently the water shut off was faulty and so it trickled just enough to eventually, 3 months later, refill the toilet tank I had previously left empty. Hence, a second leak all over again in the powder room we rarely go into. The only thing that alerted me to the problem this second time was my very sensitive nose smelling something odd when I walked down the hallway nearby.Even though both times the leak was of clean water from the toilet tank and not dirty water from the toilet bowl, now there was clearly a definite problem beyond just drying things out. As a giant germaphobe, I was both extremely stressed out and extremely grossed out by this powder room situation! I wasn't sure what I should do or use, but while Googling I found this product online. I decided to phone the number listed for the Manufacturer to see if this might be the right remedy for my situation. To my surprise, not only did a pleasant person actually answer the phone, but she insisted on transferring me to another woman who was an expert on the product's formulation. I was sure the second woman would feel bothered by my call and give me a quick brush off. Not so! Not only was the second woman welcoming of my inquiry, but she spent a good 20 minutes or more on the phone with me asking me questions about my situation and explaining how best to proceed. I was amazed by the level of customer service this company provided me! I got off the phone feeling confident about making the purchase and using this RMR-141 to treat my powder room problem.It was already very late afternoon so I immediately placed my order through Amazon. Not knowing how much product I'd need, I purchased two of the spray bottle sizes and one of the gallon size jugs. I found it hard to believe, but Amazon said they'd make the delivery by 7am the next morning. Sure enough, it arrived by 6:15am the following morning.I got right to work, heavily spraying my powder room with this product. I followed the woman's advice and did not rinse it off after applying it. (You only have to rinse surfaces that will contact food.) Instead I just let it dry. After the very first application, the nasty, pungent, fungus smellthat was formerly noticeable 4 feet away was now totally gone from my powder room. Clearly, this had killed whatever had started growing in there from the dampness. I continued to spray all surfaces two or three times a day, letting them dry out thoroughly between applications. I even sprayed it into the air. I did this for three or four days to be overly cautious, but I'm sure the problem was solved on day one or day two. I was so relieved and so comforted to know that with the kindness of the people at RMR and with their great product, I no longer had anything to stress and worry about. Also, because this is a disinfectant as well as a fungicide, I was no longer grossed out by the thought that anything in the room was still germy from the leak.Important to add is that for a product that's so incredibly effective, it has no chemical smell. There were no harsh fumes or strong chemical odor, and when I got some on my hand while spraying, it was literally as gentle as plain water. This RMR-141 was not only safe to use, but a pleasure to use, knowing that I didn't have to worry about anything scary or caustic. Also, while it has no built-in fragrance, it somehow leaves everything smelling clean & fresh. ILOVED that!!!When I purchased this, I also purchased some empty spray bottles to use it with, since I was sure that the spray bottles this comes in would be cheap junk and hard to use. It seems no matter how expensive a product I purchase is, it's always packaged in the cheapest possible quality spray bottle and my hand becomes a painful claw after the first several pulls of the trigger. Well, my purchase of the empty spray bottles was entirely unnecessary in this case. This product is packaged in what is hands down the best quality spray bottle of any product I have ever bought. It is so easy to use and so easy on the hand. The sprayers have a 'mist' setting and a 'stream' setting. The mist setting provides a dense and even mist. The stream setting literally shoots a powerful stream 4 to 5 feet away. This meant that I could easily spray the entire powder room down without ever having to step inside. This is clearly a company that values quality and thinks about the end user when choosing their packaging. The included spray bottles are excellent quality and they are easily refillable. I'm glad I purchased two.This RMR-141 Disinfectant/ Fungicide worked phenomenally well in tackling my emergency situation. However, based on my experience with it, I think it would be great to use around the house on a regular basis to disinfect surfaces and to keep mold and fungus at bay, and everything smelling clean and fresh. I can see myself using this regularly in my bathrooms and basement and laundry room, or anywhere there might be a musty smell. All in all this was a completely excellent experience. This company's consumer support is second to none, and the product itself is absolutely fantastic!!! By the way, even with all the heavy spraying I did, I only went through the two spray bottles, so I happily have plenty of product remaining. This stuff is worth every penny I paid for it, and more!!! Thank you, RMR!!!!

First of all, I am tired of all the "bought" reviews on amazon. People being personally rewarded to sway customers into purchasing items that may or may not fit their needs. I am trying to fix that. I promise you will only get an honest, unbiased review from me that in no way whatsoever is being reimbursed, period!!I decided to test this product. with the corona virus around right now we are all looking to the chemical disinfectant that can keep our homes and families safe. I am not saying this product claims to kill covid-19, I am simply stating that I was bored at home and decided to conduct an experiment with this product as to assure me of its efficiency.Procedure:after swabbing the surface of my toilet for a control plate to compare to, I took 3 cleaning products that all claim to kill household common bacteria. #1 RMR-141 ( this product), #2 Clorox bleach #3 Lysol disinfectant wipes. I applied these cleaners on different areas around the underside of the toilet seat. ( the same place I had just swabbed for the control plate. I used each product in their respective areas for the listed instruction amount of time per the label on the independent label. after allowing the time to elapse I swabbed the area and sealed the plate allowed the culture to begin growing. after 48 hours I observed the plated to compare the growth it contained.The Bleach by far was the best option. It only had a few little spots of bacteria growing. The RMR-141 was #2 and the Lysol wipes were last. the amount of bacteria growth inside the RMR plate was surprising, it contained far more bacteria than I would have thought. I realize that this is a long review, but I wanted to share my findings, as per the scientific method.If you have found my information in any way helpful please click the helpful button at the bottom of this review!-I used an algar plate to grow the bacteria and compare to other brands of products that claim to have the same efficiency killing household bacteria.- plate #1 Control. swabbed toilet surfaces and sealed the plate.-plate#2 RMR-141 fungicide cleaner (this product)-plate #3 Clorox bleach-plate #4 Lysol disinfectant wipesI swabbed and sealed all 4 of the algar plats and grew the bacteria colonies for 48 hours.After the 48 hours I then observed which plate had more bacterial colonies growing on the surface.
