Assembly: where the bottom connects to the sides/back had issues with misaligned holes and the tapped holes also seemed either to small or to shallow. This caused screws to strip if I could get them to catch at all. Due to having some equipment and elbow grease I was able to go from 3/6 screws functioning to at least getting 2 additional screws partially down, enough to feel sturdy. However, one was just too poorly aligned and the hole did not seem to be properly drilled. All tiny parts/screws come just sort of jumbled together in the same small bag (insane choice on their part) and some of mine had even fallen out before opening the bag. You will probably need small pliers or a small wrench for the nuts (this is not included). However it does come with a nice magnetic screwdriver.Instructions: bob, James, Larry or whoever made this in word needs to be fired for the disservice they are doing to customers and the company with these poor instructions that don’t have pictures, are poorly worded, and are just very bad. If you are not pretty savvy with fabricating, building, or assembly I would not recommend this solely based on the instructions for most people (even if it was fabricated well). They need to hire a graphic designer. Their instructional video is equally poorly done and seems to move at 2x speed with fast cuts, no audio, and poor captions.the instructions for the small lock on the bottom door are completely separate, online through qrl, and in Chinese…No instructions for how to use the concrete mounting process if you need those…Function: doors are slightly misaligned and stick or wiggle depending. But it does function and it is metal so it feels better than plastic. I don’t doubt it will keep my stuff safe but I’ve yet to test. it’s too much of a pain for me to bother trying to return it atm.Where this product does shine is it is a good value compared to others. The weight, and size are also good, and I like that it can be mounted into the sidewalk for those of us in the city. However, you will need to have the equipment and know how to do so on hand. That said assembly is a real pain and most people will be better off with a different option, especially if they can afford it. The issues with the fabrication and misalignment of parts just does not give me confidence. But, for the value I’m gonna hold onto it and try it out, mostly because it would be to much of a pain to return at this point. Which maybe is part of their business plan.

Just got finished putting together, directions are a pretty poor. Didn't consider when I ordered to be able to send mail and then re-read the description so completely my fault. Seems to feel fairly sturdy but swinging doors could have a little smaller hole drilled by manufacturers so that doors don't sag, other than that seems ok so far. Will post more after it starts being used daily.
