The house arrived on time. I haven't hooked it up yet, but will be used quite often. Using this to hook up to my tools in my woodworking shop. It is of great quality material and am sure it will last in my shop for years to come.

This hose seems very durable. I especially like how flexible it is which is very important for my small workshop space.

This one hasn't had a chance to fail yet, so this might not be fair. However I have had many vinyl hoses exactly like this over the years. They get cracks in them especially when it gets cold. So if you use it in a way that flexes the hose too much it will become useless in a year or so. However, If you connect it to a stationary machine, It will last a long time and you will be happy. The flow is not bad for a hose.

I have a wood shop in my garage with all types of equipment that I have hooked up to my dust collection system. Most of my hose lines are 4" and some are 2", so I am very familiar with this type of hose. The hose I ordered and received is the 20' long and 4" wide hose.This Elecoman 4" x 20' Heavy PVC Dust Collection Hose is similar to my other hoses. It takes in the dust and freely allows it to pass through the hose. The PVC is not as heavy duty as some of my other hoses, but just as good and strong as the rest of mine. The wire coil is just as strong and robust as any hose in my shop.The PVC is very clear and able to be seen through. This is a good feature as I need to know if there is a clog somewhere along the line. It stretches out and coils back up nicely and didn't kink up on me when I coiled it back into place.There are also four 4" hose clamps of good quality. They each have the finger tightening knob instead of tightening by screwdriver. In most cases, I like this method so much better. It is much easier to tighten and loosen.Overall, this is a fine hose, and I am using it in my shop.

Replaced hose on an old craftsman shopvac,way better than original, needed a 2 1/2×2 1/4" coupler.

I'm using this hose and clamps for dust collection and it works really well. I'm very pleased with the quality of the hose.
