I bought these waterproof connectors for another boat project. I connected them up last night, and gotta say I liked them. They lock tight, fairly easy to disconnect, and was a true 16awg wire, that was tinned. The leads are short, about 3 inches or so, and the wire is stiff. They worked well, my only issue was the wire coating burned a bit from my heat gun when I shrunk up the heat shrink tubing. It didn't burn through, so I applied liquid tape, as a precaution. Overall, well worth the money for a good product.

This is a good connector to replace the circular connector on the EZLITE Cruiser that connects the battery to the control stick on the end of the right side arm rest. The original circular connector became intermittent over use after a 2 years of use. We used these automotive connectors to replace the circular connector that had flaky contacts or at least contacts that loose their usefulness over time. The wheelchair works great now with the connector replacement.
