Inexpensive. Works. However the dust cover doesn’t stay snugly and falls off easily. Defeats the purpose. Will need to modify for it to stay on. Next time I’ll pay the extra $5 for a better one.

This was exactly what I needed. The old connection was destroyed from corrosion and being left out in the elements. I got this new connection spliced together with the old lines and it works great. Only one suggestion, my previous connection had LED lights in the connector to help with visually testing the connectivity without being attached to a trailer. Not a big deal though. This was great.

I got this to replace a wiring harness damaged by being inadvertently dragged on road pavement while driving. This wiring harness is of decent quality and is a seamless replacement for the damaged one. Installation was easy. I didn’t have to splice wires. The wires on this harness are long enough to replace all the old wiring.

Plug should work just fine for my application that I’m going to use it on. Replace plug on my truck lights.

Doesn't get much simpler than this standard vehicle side light harness. It spliced in in a few minutes and working great. I wish the wires weren't all separated, but wire loom will keep them together.

I hadn't used my trailer plug for a couple of years and needed to a few weeks back. Well turns out the nice plug I had, which was covered with a rubber cap it's whole life was corroded and looking horrible. Thankfully enough of a connection was still being made and the lights worked for the entirety of my short rental. Well fast forward a few weeks and I knew I needed to find a new replacement I could solder in for my old one. To Amazon I headed, I chose this one frankly because of the price and that it used 16ga wire unlike some other that used 18 or even 20ga.Well this plug ticked all the boxes and was a good replacement for my bad one. A little snip snip then strip strip of the wires mixed with solder and heat shrink and viola just like new. I’m glad they included a good length of wire too as I found the wire corrosion went up 15” before I got copper wire I could solder to. Everything went fine with this plug except one thing. The plug included a cap for the connectors but mine was too loose and would barely stay on when it was capped on. I found an extra one I had laying around and used it instead and it fit snug and tight. It also had some protective “grease” aka vaseline with the other cap which this kit didn’t so I used that before snapping the cap on.
