Worth it if you rarely make gnocci. Very cheap metal that will bend if you use too much force.

The potato ricer works fine, but the grooves on the gnocchi board are too fine. They need to be broader/deeper. As is, the board is pretty useless.

Can you make your own Gnocchi with these? Definitely.....Is it the biggest pain in the world to make 1,000 individual Gnocchi? Definitely.

Not very sturdy. Thin and cheap.

I tried making gnocchi for the first time a couple of weeks ago. This ricer worked well and was very easy to clean. I did rice my potato while it was still warm. The gnocchi board is okay. It did yield pretty gnocchi but the board could’ve used a little sanding. It was a little difficult to use the first time but I got used to it. Pro tip: freeze your gnocchi right after you make them. Otherwise they oxidize and turn gray :,(

Bent horribly on first use and was unable to use going forward. Complete piece of junk.
