They do work well on non coated paper, but they do not cover the address on shiny label or coated material. Even after a number of passes, the address or bar code still is readable.

These work well. I use them most on pill bottles. They roll nicely on the curved services. I usually shred paper but, recycle doesn't take shredded paper here. So now I use it many times a week covering my address.

I have wanted to purchase one of these for years and finally got around to it. It is so easy to run it over your pill bottle and no one can see your name or what the prescription was. When breaking down storage and shipping boxes, I used it to cover my name and address on them as well. I feel more confident in my privacy. I received four of these for such a low price and each one came with an ink refill that I was pleasantly surprised about.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I have only used one of the Stamps but I feel they will all work the same. It's easy to use and does a great job of disguising whatever you want eliminated from papers you discard. It's much easier to use than my shredder and is it effective with very little effort. I highly recommend. I plan to gift some of the stamps from my set so others might experience the ease of use and the effectiveness of the product. Will make a great stocking stuffer.

For the price this product is good compared to similar products I have used. My only complaint is that it usually takes 3 to 4 passes for good coverage.
