We later had a family member give us stone cooked pizza and we were shocked at how good it tasted! Better then take out honestly and found out their secret was THIS STONE we junked!!! Please use corn meal and the pizza slides on and off so easily. Kicking my young self for not giving this a shot earlier! We refuse take out pizza and resort to this stone once a week!

The pizza stone is too small for making a large, the pizza paddle is flimsy and the paper is useless

Using the pizza stone in the outdoor pellet grill makes it nice to enjoy fresh baked pizza at home without heating up the kitchen in the summer! It also adds a slight smoky flavor doing it this way. The size fits a medium sized grill and is large enough for most frozen pizzas. Using parchment paper reduces the mess yet doesn’t affect the baking. The only negatives are that the stone and the pizza cutter are not dishwasher safe. But hand washing the cutter is not much of an issue. After spilling cheese on the stone, I used a razor blade scraper “widget” to easily clean the surface.

I made regular pizza crust (that's what is pictured) about 14 inches. I used the oven, a good trick to not letting the parchment paper catch fire is to cut it to where the edges meet the pizza and it will do just fine. Long edges will scorch or catch on fire. The 2nd set of pizza's I made I used the grill. I did Neapolitan style (King Arthur has an excellent recipe on the back of their 00 Neapolitan pizza flour). It turned out to be the best pizza we have ever had. Pizza stones are supposed to stain especially if you don't use parchment paper, it's like a cast iron pan the flavors become one with the pan. The more you use it and stain it the better the pizza turns out. I think this a great stone. Definitely use Neapolitan style pizza, they cook quickly (8 mins or less) so it's feasible to cook one at a time. I wouldn't recommend this for a large family. It works for our family of 4.The pizza blade it comes with, Im not a fan of. It isn't that sharp so you have to work at it to cut the pizza, my cheap $5 pizza cutter works 10x better, have had it for years. I like that it does come with some parchment paper that is cut into squares. The pizza peel works great, easy slide off and on.I would recommend this one. It works great.

This is a fantastic stone, especially for the price. Love the wooden paddle, it can be used as a cutting board as well.

Seems to be holding up pretty well. It looks a little thin but it hasn't broken.
