Brackets were made for shower curtains but work very well in closets.

I have a cedar closet and the wooden ones were not holding up. These are solid and built good ! Holds a lot of weight!

Found some brackets at Home Depot, but they seemed cheap and flimsy. These are very sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. And, it's a at a decent price.

These were just what we needed for some renovations in our home. Being a recent purchase and a fixer upper we have found many of the closets had no rod holders or else they were the plastic ones and were broken. So these worked perfectly being metal first of all, very sturdy and second the white matte since we are painting all the closets white, and you get a lot for the price. I recommend these.
