The pulley appears to be well built and very solid. The wheel spins very smoothly with no noticeable friction. I really appreciate the closed bottom to hold the two sides in place. I have no doubt it would perform to the max load, although I would never design to push it that far, especially since it might wear over a long time.I would recommend these.
