INSTALLATION TIPS
- Place the location of the hinge on the door
- Remove the paint covering the hinges before welding
- You will see a steel ball bearing and that is what the pinned side of the hinge rides on. There is a nipple that is for applying grease to keep things smooth.
- Weld on hinges.
- Pre-painted to keep these hinges from rusting and in place for long time

I got these to replace some busted hinges on a toy hauler style trailer with the ramp to run it these work perfectly fine I only messed up slightly when I installed them the first round didn't quite put the weld right other than that rounded off free welded it they worked perfectly fine for I was using them for held up just fine

Quality built, ball bearing helps with weight. I’m using them on a 200 pound double gate. Theres more than I needed, but better more than not enoughThey should come in bare metal as the coating messes with the weld. So you need to bring off the coating for a better weld.
