Smooth operation to replace a couple of pulleys on my lat pull machine. It was easy to install and worked great with the amount of weight I had to pull. Although I do not put too heavy bumper plates on the machine these pulley will function with my intended reps and sets of lat exercises.

Excellent pulleys! This is my second or third set that I've purchased now. I'm running a dual hanging cable system on my home workout rack. Think I've got around ten or twelve of these pulleys now with all the different cables I've set up for: flys, rows, pull-downs, etc. These pulleys work!! Cables run smoothly through them and the pulleys themselves make ZERO noise when operating. Each pulley comes complete with a wrap around hanging strap and carabiner. All you gotta do is feed your cable through and get ready for a good work out! Enjoy!

These pulleys (pullies?...I hate English sometimes) are a great upgrade for my home gym. I originally set up a pulley system using ones I got from Home Depot but they had a small diameter and added a lot of resistance to the concentric phase of an exercise and took away some force from the eccentric. This is not ideal for the hypertrophy training I do, so I was keen to change them out. These new pulleys are a fantastic upgrade. They are smooth and work great with my 1/8" vinyl coated steel cable. I was hesitant to spend the money on them but and so glad that I did. If you're looking to set up (or upgrade) a cable system for your workouts, I would 100% recommend these!

Very easy to use, clip it onto your d rings, i have it hung on my pull up bar for lat pulls, face pull, crunches, anything that works your muscle.I don't have a dial or pulleys attached to my rack so this is my alternative ans i'm happy with what i got. Making the best progress my body can have!!!
