Great quality black metal poles for adding extra height to hang string lights. I'm glad that I don't need to add concrete anchors and long posts. I'm planning to attach 3 of these to an existing fence as places to drape sunshade sails over my exposed driveway (not under tension), and then I'll use the 4th one to add a high point to my side wall for attaching a string light. The poles are heavy and definitely won't bend. I don't think you can buy anything like this in a store locally.

We have put this up on our deck. They work great. They are strong, secure and raise the lights high to add a nice effect in the backyard. Add these to your deck for parties and it will do a lot for you!

This is a well made and functional string light pole set. The build quality is exceptionally nice, with a durable finish and stainless steel parts throughout. The one issue I have is that the poles themselves tend to bow quite a bit, even under a relatively low amount of force. This is the result of the way they connect, with the small screws being unable to provide adequate holding power. As such, I had to support the two poles on the end of my setup with guide wires to keep them upright. Aside from this, this is a very nice set, and I am sure that it will serve well for many years.

We have a couple two-hundred pound dogs, so we buy these heavy rope-ball toys for horses for them. I meant to throw it over the lights for them in the yard..I threw it pretty hard, hit the light poles dead on with it by accident and thought for sure they bent, but nope, not even a little.Also they were about a foot too high for me, but no problem, you can cut off however much you want and the plug on the end is removable and can be plugged back in to where you cut it down too.These were expensive, but I saw too many others that would bend just under the weight of the lights. I am so not worried about that with these. One thing I would say to be careful of is when you screw the bottom section into the top it has two screws, careful not to overtighten.

This set out string light Poles is a really handy item to have on hand because honestly, I don't know how many times I've needed a long Pole to reach something to use for something to do a flag Pole to do a closet rod. Whatever so these have more uses than just to hang string lights. From without being said for string lights, they're great. They come in little sections that you screw together, so you can really make them as long as you want. They don't have to be 6 and a 1/2 feet tall, they can be longer. They can be shorter and they work just as described. They're great. If you have a wood railing, you can screw right into it and be up and running.

Great product! There were a lot of cheaper options out there, but these are built to last. The finish is beautiful and they look great on my deck. Bought these to hang the trendy large bulb lights and am happy I spent the extra few bucks. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend to anyone looking to do something similar!

Easy to install. Great product. Don’t bother with the supplied drill bit. Doesn’t drill well and It breaks easy. Otherwise, product itself is Solid.

Was very happy with this set. The brackets were awesome and the hardware was great quality and it even came with drill bits and a very nice 10mm nut extension. Made the job great having absolutely everything you need and not needing to pick anything else up from the hardware store.
