My husbands used these to help clean our car before waxing it. The clay was easy to work with and really helped him get a lot grime and dirt off the even after washing it. He used 3 of the bars while working on the car and if he wanted to he said he could have just used 2. He has used meguires clay bars in the past and he said that these were comparable.

Fall is here and it’s time for me to give my vehicles one more thorough cleaning before winter. These clay bars work extremely well to clean my paint in preparation for a good hand waxing. Quality product at a bargain price.

I clay bar my 5 cars once a year in order to remove containments that don't come off with normal washing. I use a soap mixture using dawn dish soap & water. Soap up one small area at a time, then clay bar it, then rinse. This removes everything on the cars finish, so it must be followed up by a good car waxing. With these yellow bars, cut one bar in half, then this size is perfect to use on all 5 cars. Make sure you don't drop the clay bar, because if you do - throw it away so that you don't scratch your finish with an unseen embedded tiny stone.This yellow clay bar works very, very well IMO. In fact - it works even better than the name brand clay bar I have used, as this bar doesn't breakdown or crumble while using. At the price of $10 for 4 bars - this is a bargain deal!

This 4 pack of clay bars is a good deal. This was the best price I could find online or in the stores. I ordered this to use on my car prior to waxing it. There is so much gunk out there on the road and in the environment that you don't want to seal into your wax, eventually you will see it in the coat, so it's a good diea to use clay bars like this one prior. I like that it came in a set of 4 since they kinda crumble easily. I am pretty confident that I'll be able to get through my entire hatchback car with this set of 4.

I used this to clay one of my cars. It did the job. I've used other clay bars that seemed to last a bit longer. This one I had to keep kneading and get it back in shape. Overall, this clay bar did the trick. The car came out nice and smooth, acceptance of the spray on ceramic finish.
