Unfortunately, the adhesive backing is less than what I would call super sticky. What is incredibly sticky is the actual velcro on it. So good, that it it was no match for the adhesive on the back of it..or my arthritic hands. LOL I put several strips on my couch cushion. After a few times sitting on it, the cushion started to slide again, so I went to pick the cushion up to reposition the cushion only to find the two pieces of tape so securely velcroed to each other that the piece of tape on the cushion came off completely because the adhesive failed. The piece of tape not attached to the cushion was stuck fine, but the one on the cushion had let go.

I just installed it today on my couch cushions and it's working wonderfully so far. The quality is great, it's super easy to use and cut, pretty straightforward on how to install it. The adhesive is very sticky and the velcro seems really strong. I'm very happy so far, but will update if any issues or negative opinions arise.

I bought this product to place around my windows with a heavier better visqueen or custom clear vinyl to keep the cold air out. I didn't like the kits you can get to put up and take down. This way when I put the velcro up, the softer side stays on the window frame and the sticky part stays on the clear vinyl and I can use it again next year instead of wasting my money on the other window treatment. Plus, I like to open my blinds in the morning. It's easier with the dbl stick velcro to open then close. I can tell a huge difference with it being sealed off. And I can see out of my clear vinyl. My cat likes to "paw" at it and I don't have to worry about them clawing throw because of the thickness. This is the second time I am buying this product. Works great.

Make sure you don't change your mind of where you want to use this cuz once you install is really difficult to move... which is really what you want! It's nice and heavy duty!

Overall great tape. I would contend that the glue isn’t as strong as I’d like it, but it does work well enough. If it’s hot where you plan to use it, the adhesive will give way. But the hold of the Velcro is good. You may consider finding a secondary way to adhere it to a surface.

I used this "Velcro" which is an inch wide to completely stick to my travel trailer along with the other side to some reflectix type insulation rolls to make a custom skirting. It works very well! Not only does it follow the curves of my camper, but the contact of the two sides is strong enough to withstand high winds. Yet, whenever I'm ready to be on my way, I can disconnect the skirting and roll it up. This and a 250W heat lamp saved me from frozen pipes and the floor of my TT was not cold. It was a great help when the PNW experienced such a cold freeze and high winds this winter unexpectedly. I would recommend this product to anyone. If it can hold on in these conditions, it will easily hang anything.
