The sticky side of the velcro strip attached to the garage door Does not stay fastened when you have a breeze. I hung a Manger scene garage door cover that is lightweight material. I used seven strips three feet apart. I cleaned the garage.Door for better adhesion before applying.

First off, they do what they say. The Velcro is very very strong. So it holds...but, it holds a little too good. I got these to keep my baby’s puzzle pieces in tact to the puzzle. But, with these, it’s even hard for me to pull the puzzle pieces off, so there’s no way she’ll be able to. I’m trying to think of a scenario that I would need them to hold that good, and I can’t think of one...bc it’s Velcro. It should hold enough to keep something in place, but also be a somewhat easy removal of said piece. Honestly, I could use these to secure a mirror to a wall, which I really may do. Even sometimes when you attempt to remove the puzzle piece, the Velcro sticks so “good”, it brings the other side with it that was stuck to the board. So a good rating bc they do work. Maybe for some people, this is great. It just wasn’t for my need. I’ll just use them to anchor my furniture to the wall.
