These 3pc Egg Shell Openers are wonderful if you're like me where despite my Hispanic roots, I have no shame in admitting I don't get a perfect egg crack every time and I would prefer to reduce the mess.These Egg openers do a pretty good job of doing what they say as described. The only design flaw I have with them is that the metal cracker parts could use some lubrication or sharpening, as it does take quite a bit of force to clamp them in and crack the egg shells.As far as using these go, it's best practice to keep the clamps pressed down and re-open the enclosure over a trash can to let the shells and yolk residue fall out effortlessly.Overall, these egg shell openers make it easier to crack any eggs and have way less of a mess for those who don't want to constantly clean up after Yolk residue in their kitchen.

No more messy hands. I'm so happy with these. I even gave one to my mom. I highly recommend these.
