The cover easily flips open and may pose a risk for needle stick event if it flips open during transport. Luckily there is silicone sleeves that prevents burs from falling out

Very nicely constructed and the silicone provides great hold to keep burs form being accidentally displaced and lost. I used it for the past several months with frequent autoclaving. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely recommend and purchase more when the need arises.
