I will admit, I did not get these for putting dental implements in an autoclave. I got these more to hold rotary tool bits in an upright fashion while I was working, and to store them when not. The back row has wider diameter holes, and will fit your standard width rotary bits. The other hole diameters are quite a bit smaller, and could hold things like pin vise drill bits and the like, I ended up doing a quick and dirty reaming job on the silver block so they'd all fit regular sizes, and may do the same on the blue one later.Speaking of the blue one, whoever did the anodizing on these really knocked it out of the park. I am not sure I have ever seen a nicer blue ano job on aluminum. The pictures, which look pretty good, don't even do it justice. Not really important to the overall function of the piece, but good looks are nice when you can get them. The only cons I have with these is really around the fit and finish (other than the nice ano!). The corners are all sharp, and there is a lot of burring on the underside of the plate with the holes in it. For ordinary tool use, this doesn't matter really at all. For a dentist, it might, but at $5 per block, I really don't even care.

Dental Burs Holder Block looks exactly the same as a famous brand except for the price. It is really just a block of aluminum with holes in it. So...it is perfect for what I need, amazing at the price I paid. Product holds my burs and is a game changer for working! Has space for 30 burs. Thank you for the great product.
