Wow! These smoke and CO2 detectors are awesome. It comes with a set of batteries so it can be put together and used immediately. It is easy to use and put together and the lights are vivid, but it’s completely dim unless it’s alerting you or you’re performing a monthly test. The size is very compact, but don’t let that fool you, they will definitely wake you up with their LOUD alert. The volume is perfect for alerting to an emergency. Having these gives me a sense of security knowing that my family has an added layer of protection from a fire or potential CO2 disaster. Extremely pleased with the purchase!

We use woodstove to heat the house in the winter and it's important to have the smoke carbon monoxide detector as if the wood is not dry, they won't burn completely then carbon monoxide in the smoke can be dangerous to your health.The alarm already included battery so we just need to turn it on, mount it on the ceiling right above the woodstove area.If it detects smoke or carbon monoxide, the LED display will show you the reading, and it sounds pretty loud so if something happens on the 1st floor, we still can hear the alarm on the 2nd floor (but we purchased the pack of 2 and installed them on 1st floor and upstairs, they both link to each other and will go off if they detects smoke or carbon monoxide).Price is reasonable, easy to install and alarm seems sensitive, works well.

These smoke detectors are garbage I installed them worked fine for one day and the next day they started beeping out if the blue and would not stop I even put new batteries in the detectors thinking the batteries were bad but they would start up then after a few minutes they would start to beeping again and not stop. Garbage product. Also the plastic mesh around the outside of the detectors are super brittle I broke the mesh on one detector while I was removing it from the base. I definitely will not be purchasing this product again.I started a return claim and shipped them back to seller.Seller responded with msg that they would be returning only a partial refund. I had to escalate this issue with Amazon where they were able to refund me the full purchase amount. I just couldn’t get anything resolved with the seller. Definitely won’t be doing business with them again.
