I've had this type of adhesive before and it was great. These were absolutely garbage. Neither side had any stickiness to it, could not hold a piece of paper to a wall even.

I had used two another double sided tapes for my security motion sensors. That didn't work as they kept falling off. Sensors don't work if they are not on the wall!This tape is perfect. The sensors are still on the wall.

I have been fighting the rear view mirror on my older truck. after 4+ attempts to use various brands of glue I tried these 3M pads. trimmed it to fit the metal button and it held quickly and securely for the last week. previousely the glue would come off the windshield while trying to adjust the mirror. so far so good.

I like these for when you really, really need something to stick together. Keep in mind that they have some width so things won't be as close as if you screwed them together. But man, they really stick things with a lot of strength.

String tape, works great, its 31 degrees outside and its holding my two way radio bracket, i removed old 3m tape that was just as strong with a heat gun, a heat gun will remove this tape.

These mounting squares will keep sticking with a vengeance long after you and your ancestors have passed away. Although that is more sticking power than I was looking for, I give it a good 4 stars anyway because if that is what you are looking for this one's for you.

These 3M VHB strips work perfectly and have many uses. They are very strong and have great hold.
