This is the best adhesive for rubber or plastic products. It is the original gorilla snot in black. It worked great for fixing my sandals.

This adhesive was exactly what we needed to fix the window seal on our Toyota. It applied smoothly and bonded perfectly, creating a tight and secure seal. Back 43 years ago when I first did some major (for me at the time) work on the engine in my first car, I used the yellow version of this, known then as "Yellow Death", because if you got it on you, it was there until you died! I bought this to re-adhere the seal to the bottom of the driver's door on my Firebird. After cleaning both surfaces, I ran a small bead down both and let it skin for about 5 minutes. Stuck it in place and threw a few small spring clamps on it for about an hour while I cleaned and detailed the interior. All done as instructions, as they have been almost forever. Job well done.

I recently used the 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive for a home renovation project and I was extremely impressed with the product. The adhesive was very easy to apply and it securely held the weatherstripping in place. It didn't take much of the adhesive to hold the weatherstripping, so I had plenty left over for future projects. The weatherstripping has not shifted or fallen off since applying the adhesive, and it has helped to keep drafts out of my home. I was also pleased to see that the adhesive was transparent, so it didn't detract from the appearance of the weatherstripping. I highly recommend the 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive for anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting solution for securing weatherstripping.
