3M Reston Self Adhering Foam Pads. 3M Reston Self Adhering Foam Pads self adhering open cell foam designed to protect against skin damage from splints, casts and prostheses. Product is not intended to be used as a pressure reducing device. It can also be used as a padding for beds and chairs.

3M™ Reston™ Self-Adhering Foam 1563L is an open-cell, porous, polyurethane foam roll; covered on one side with a hypoallergenic, acrylate adhesive and a silicone-coated paper release liner. Reston self-adhering foam products protect against skin damage from splints, casts, and prostheses. The pad will adhere to a variety of surfaces and can be cut, shaped, and adapted for many applications. It may be used as a protective layer and enhance comfort for beds, chairs, and operating room tables. 1563L foam products are available in roll form and provides light support. Dimensions: 4” x 196” /10cm x 5m, 0.19” / 0.48cm thick.
Contraindications: This product is not to be used as a dressing in post-surgical treatment procedures such as liposuction.

This is very thin foam. I guess I was reading too many product descriptions and missed that it is not for foot wounds or insoles.

I’ve used this product for years in a healthcare setting, can’t say enough about it, but the shipping was a joke. I ordered and had to cancel the orders 3x because the seller would never ship the item. More quality control for the sellers please.

I use this behind my ear for sleeping as the dermatologist recommended. It is exactly what I ordered and as described. I don’t know why there were negative reviews?

Very disappointed to order (3) boxes of 5 rolls each and only receive (1) box of 5 rolls and two separate single rolls. Thought it might have been a one-time issue, ordered (2) more boxes of 5 rolls each and received two single rolls. Will not order again.

It was the right choice. Can make as many layers as needed. Although didnot know that 5 rolls wouldb delivered. It is really a lifetime supply! Since I used only 4 4in squares! But I am sure it will come I handy for something else too! :)
