I have been using this padding under a brace. Originally I was expecting the padding to be a bit more 'soft' for lack of a better word at the moment. However the combination of padding and rigidity does offer some comfort while also allowing the brace to still do its job and not sliding around.The material has been holding up and so far the adhesive has been keeping it in place on the brace.Overall I have been satisfied with this padding.

This is perfect for arts and crafts or for injuries. For arts and crafts, it makes nice foam for molding. For injuries, it's perfect for lining the ace bandages or inside a boot after surgery to ensure it heals. It does not get smelly or sweaty with use and it is the right amount of soft.

The quantity is great. The adhesive works well. The padding itself is not very soft or pliable. I expected more comfort.
