Nearly 30 years ago, I bought myself a Littman Master Cardiology as a present for getting my ALS certs and finally being able to do more than take vitals in the back of the ambulance. I carried that Littman for years on the truck, and at my jobs in the orthopedic clinic and Occupational Medicine, until I finally left that world. Then I carried that Littman in my little first-aid bag that I keep in my vehicle, take on trips, camping, etc. I still have that LIttman, and I was heartbroken when the diaphragm finally fell apart.So quickly ordered this and it was back as good as new and will likely outlive me. Littman is good quality in stethoscopes, and this kit makes it a lifetime investment.

It fit my master cardiology stethoscope perfect. The ring takes a little patience to put on because it doesn't just pop on. You have to carefully put the ring on one end, then press firmly and slowly making your way around to the other side.

I bought this kit for my old Littman Master Cardiology stethoscope. The plastic rim holding the diaphragm together was breaking up.This was a reasonably easy fix. The parts fit well. It was tricky getting the new outer rim on without crimping the rubber on the outer edge of the new diaphragm. Once I figured that out it was a snap.It also works much better than before I replaced the old diaphragm. I can hear the heart sounds much better.If you need new parts for the Master Cardiology stethoscope, this kit will work and bring back the life to your stethoscope. Recommend!

There was no problem with the quality, but one must be extremely careful to order the correct size replacement diaphragm and ring to fit your stethoscope head. I didn't know what the exact product number was, so went with the gray color to match my original single head, Master Cardiology 'scope, since all the others were black. It was too large and had to be returned. None of the product descriptions indicate the size of the head they fit. I found some product descriptions using the measurements of the plastic package, not the product itself -- totally unhelpful. It would be nice if all of them were required to list the precise dimensions of the ring and diaphragm to avoid confusion and wasted time, or to state the outer diameter of the head they fit onto. I will keep trying to find the parts, as they are much less expensive than a new 'scope. The rest of the stethoscope is quite durable and functions well after several decades of daily use. Will stick with Littmann if they still have the replacement parts I need.

Overall the quality is good. Just beware with this listing as there is no mention that only SMALL ear tips come with this spare parts package. The ear tips were smaller than the tips that came with my original stethoscope (regular size). Stethoscope still works but you have to push them in further into the ear in order to get the same snug fit. I wasn't expecting two sets of tips, but I wish I would have known only small tips were provided as I wouldn't have bought this. I don't need a diaphragm and figured a spare would be fine to have. Likely will try to return this.Great product if you are looking for the small ear tips. But very poor advertising that fact (I now see it in one of the pictures if you zoom all the way in on the packaging). Why do that?

The part I received was a genuine replacement littmann diaphragm. It arrived with two spare ear-buds for the stethoscope. It was in pristine condition in sealed littmann packaging. It was relatively easy to fit. The diaphragm I got was for the master cardiology which unlike the classic has ring of hard plastic which holds the diaphragm to the stethoscope. It can be a fidget to attach. It is worth taking your time to get it right first time as the diaphragm has a flexible plastic edge, which functions like a gasket but can easily be torn. I found placing the diaphragm into the ring and then gently working the ring onto the stethoscope was the best way. Make sure that the edge of the diaphragm doesn't lift as you go otherwise the stethoscope will not have effective seal and you'll have to start again risking tearing the edge of the diaphragm as your pull of the ring. It took minutes to fit and now works better than the one I had before. The seal is extremely tight. I was very pleased with my purchase, cheaper on amazon then anywhere else and with excellent levels of customer service. A little note for the uninitiated. All littmann diaphragm's come with a tiny hole in the dead centre. This is normal. Was present on my original stethoscope and is not a design fault or a sign the product is not original.

The ring on my 6 year old master cardiology fell apart after being cleaned with harsh antiseptics hundreds of times and being dropped on a concrete floor several times. This part is as advertised, no issues.

I bought this as a replacement for my Master Cardiology stethoscope and it fit perfectly. It took a little effort on my part to get it just right - the fit is so tight. It's holding up well and I will order off of here again if needed
