Don't know what happened it quit working after a couple of months. I suspect something in the pump its self shorted out and melted one side of the power connector. Cannot get pump to. work now.I don't know how long it actually worked before going bad. I didn't use it on a regular basic.I guess I'll just pull it out and Purchase a better quality pump. I'm sure the seller will not take any responsibility for it going bad. I CANNOT purchasing this item...

This is the second pump I've bought and neither one lasted more than 12 hrs. First one broke the second time I plugged it in. Absolutely garbage wouldn't recommend to anyone!

This pump has been a lifesaver, the 2in diameter let the pump be lowered in my father's well next to the existing pump that failed and has been unable to be removed thus far.Any issues we have encountered have been adresses by their amazing customer service.

I haven't installed it yet but by the looks of it this thing looks like it's been used before the screws are stripped it's got dings all over the end of it name of the brand is not all there it's faded

I purchased this pump to be send to another country to help a family member struggling with water collection for the daily use. I bought this one because of the weight (7.2 Pounds) since is expensive to ship this foreign country by pound. Don't know the exact weight but I am sure is over 15 Pounds. I will write another review after used.
