Protect Kids, Dementia & Alzheimer's patients when a door is left open or ajar, using regular reminders with adjustable delay and loudness.

Set the Delay to 10 seconds, so you can enter and leave home without triggering the alarm, but it can deter anyone that breaks in (after 10s).

As others have said, it doesn't work for wide gaps. So I added a strong magnet to the side of the magnet bar to make it work. Note that the added magnet will only go in a certain spot due to North/South magnetic pole alignments. See picture for best location. Once I did this, it works well for the wide gap of the door seal on our refrigerator.

My boyfriend has Alzheimers and I CANNOT get him to keep the sliding glass doors closed (we have cats that I dont want getting outside). These have helped quite a bit. I love that you can set them to go off at different intervals. Easy install and easy enough to rese intervals or turn off when not needed, without having to remove them. For anyone getting these for the same reason, they will only help so much - he will still ignore it somewhat, reasoning "I'll only be a second", but a second is all a crafty kitty needs to zip out a door. 😒 But at least I hear it going off and can either go shut it or at least monitor where the cats are, all the while yelling in my head "shut the door, fartface!" 🥰

What a great little device, I have an upright freezer that for some reason doesn’t like to close all the way sometimes. After losing full freezers 2 times to someone leaving the door open I purchased this. Now, if the door somehow doesn’t close all the way the alarm goes off and its very loud. I will never have to throw away spoiled food again! Great peace of mind !

We love these door alarms. They are easy to set up and they're a great value. No more doors drifting open when we thought they were closed!

I bought this because I have a crappy little fridge with no built-in alarm. And if anything was even slightly sticking out, it would get stuck ajar. Sometimes it would pop open so slightly it was imperceptible, and sometimes I'd find it 6" open and wonder how long it had been like that! Never even occurred to me I could get an alarm until 5+ years of this problem! And now I have one and it's saved my fridge and groceries at least 4 times since I got it a few weeks ago.It was a little bit annoying to install, because I had to make sure it would be triggered by even the slightest gap in the door. Which meant listening to the alarm go off over and over again, as I adjusted and re-adjusted, and cycled through the various settings. But I'm so pleased that I was able to get it into just the right place! It took maybe 10-15 minutes to get it right, but I haven't had an issue since. There are two alarm sounds, and one is very much alarm-sounding the other is more like a doorbell. I recommend putting it in "doorbell" mode while you install it so you don't go nuts listening to the alarm sounds.

I bought this for my basement freezer.Scenario. You are going to the park. The car is packed you just remember that everything is in the cooler except the meat. You bring the cooler to your freezer, load the meat in and close the freezer door and it doesn't shut all the way. You run out the door. Spend 3 hours at the park and come home to no alarm. No indication anything is wrong. Next thing you know.. that half cow you bought is now unfrozen and your electric bill went up 200$ THANKS FOR NOTHING FRIDDGI What halfwit designed this thing? There should be NO auto off EVER. Who wants an auto off? Which is worse? blowing through a few AAA batteries? or losing 2000$ of meat?"Mode D - Alert after 60 seconds, a reminder every 30s, auto stop after 120min or door closed (Basement, Freezer door...)."

Easy to fit, works great, good to be able to adjust delays timing and loudness. Fitted to front door for my elderly mother as a reminder that door is open.

I received the Fridggi 3in1 Door Alarm - Close Doors Reminder. Battery’s were included. We put them on both doors immediately. The directions are good with the exception of mentioning a magnet and strip on the back of the pieces. As far as I can tell there is no magnet. There are adhesive strips in the box but not pre-attached to the alarm. Once we figured that out we affixed the front door alarm easily. The back door took more maneuvering, pulling it off the door, messing up an adhesive strip (they provide multiple) until we finally figured out the arrow wasn’t close enough and that it could not be placed exactly like the front door. I programmed the alarm to 60 seconds and the highest decibels. So far so good.

Yes, thanks, I needed that! And, yes, in fact, I discovered that I did need three of them!I needed two for my refrigerator in the kitchen and one on my upright freezer in the garage. My refrigerator has French doors with a bottom freezer drawer, so I needed one alarm for the frig doors (it's so easy for me to inadvertently leave one door slightly ajar that it has happened about once a month) and one for the freezer drawer.I initially ordered one of these for my frig and a different Friggi alarm for my freezer (FRIDGGI - Freezer Door Alarm with Delay When Left Open, 60sec, 120sec, 180sec Reminders, Refrigerator and Fridge Door Alarm or Chime, Low/Loud 80dB to 110dB). I'm not totally satisfied with the one I ordered for my freezer (it's not loud enough to hear inside the house, and it takes too long until it alarms) so I've ordered a second one for the upright, one of this type to add to the first. I'm leaving the first one on because it has a different low beeping sound every 10 seconds as a reminder, so I want both alarms on the upright freezer because both serve a different purpose, at least for me. The door to the upright is critical with a lot of 'money' at risk inside if the frozen food were to thaw!I have my current unit on the frig French doors set to Mode C - Alert after 30 seconds, a reminder every 20s, auto stop after 60min or door closed - so it alerts at the 30 second point which is quite short because one often needs more than 30 seconds to decide, but I find it to be a helpful reminder, so I NEVER screw up now! When my two new units arrive, I will set the garage's upright freezer alarm on Mode B - Alert after 10 seconds, a reminder every 15s, auto stop after 30min or door closed - because I want that freezer door shut ASAP (because the cold air empties immediately on an upright freezer unit as compared to a chest freezer or a freezer drawer). I'll set the new alarm for the frig freezer drawer to Mode D - Alert after 60 seconds, a reminder every 30s, auto stop after 120min or door closed - because I often need more time looking inside this drawer and time is not of the essence in a drawer as compared to an upright freezer.Installation was a snap!I left the garage upright door open once and everything thawed out. Refreezing resulted in frozen lumps and a disaster. These alarms are a critical reminder as we too often are in a rush and can easily not quite get a door fully closed --- and may not discover it for hours.
